Material Information:

• Chipboard: Chipboard is a composite wood material made from small wood pieces, usually pine or fir, glued together under high pressure and temperature using resins. It is widely used in furniture making, interior surfaces, and construction applications. Made from recycled materials, it is durable against bending, friction, and other physical stresses.


• Melamine: LPB (Low Pressure Melamine) is a synthetic material widely used for surface treatment of chipboard in furniture making and surfaces due to its durability and ease of maintenance. It is applied to substrates like MDF (Medium-density fibreboard) or OSB plywood to produce durable surfaces.

Maintenance Instructions:

• Chipboard: For cleaning chipboard, you can use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water and mild detergent. Avoid excessive use of water and keep the surface dry after cleaning.


• Melamine: Melamine is one of the most well-known materials in the furniture industry. To remove stains from the surface, use a soft cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently wipe the surface until the stain is removed. Melamine is sensitive to moisture, so it is important to protect it from water.
